Austin Convention Center: The Hash StageThere’s no question this industry is viewed less favorably than in 2021. Beyond the obvious – i.e. stop defrauding people – what, if anything, can be done to better market the technology to a skeptical public? Should less loaded terms than “crypto” and “NFT” be encouraged? Can industry bodies devise effective marketing campaigns? (Blockchain’s version of “Avocados from Mexico.”) Or must a decentralized community just accept there’s nothing to do but let the market be the market?
