Brian heads up the Fintech department at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). He works to foster responsible innovation in the UAE’s fintech ecosystem by driving new regulatory initiatives and key technology infrastructure projects that improve the adoption of fintech. Prior to joining ADGM, Brian was responsible for macroprudential supervision of the banking system at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, paying particular attention to SME financing conditions, as well as data governance and architecture at both MAS and the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office in Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office.
