David is an EY Partner and leads the EY Digital Asset Research Center. This team leverages a technical understanding of fungible and nonfungible tokens, as well as the underlying distributed ledger technologies to service the blockchain and Digital Asset ecosystem. David works with clients holding and transacting in Digital Assets to carry out financial statement audits, internal audits, audit readiness, AUPs, transactions, SOC reporting, forensic and related services. He is a licensed CPA, holds a PhD from the University of California at Davis in Philosophy focused on Cognitive Science, and also has a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
