David Palmer is a founder of Fan-Owned Sail Team LLC, a company with a mission to create a decentralized community giving governance to DAO members as team owners, and the goal of building a successful SailGP team with a passionate fan/owner base. He is also the founder of Bernoulli | Locke, a company that is focused on creating and investing in member-based businesses organized around passions and experiences. He was President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Diamond Resorts International, Inc., a resort management and vacation ownership company from 2013 to 2016 and in various other executive roles including its Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2013. He received an A.B. in Physical Chemistry from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
