Dhruv has a background in fintech and financial services. He is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Arch, a venture-backed startup building financial products and services for individuals with alternative assets. Prior to starting Arch, he worked at Brex, where he joined as an early employee. At Brex, he made an impact across the Operations, Credit and Capital Markets organizations. He helped launch new lending products and raised $100M+ in debt capital, including Brex's inaugural securitization. Before Brex, Dhruv worked in the research department at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. Dhruv holds degrees in Computer Science & Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
