Jonathan Chan is a partner in the corporate practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He represents technology companies and investors in all types of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions, and has a practice of representing dozens of companies and investors in the fintech, blockchain, and video game sectors. From 2015 to 2019, Jonathan was co-founder and COO of Fig, a venture-backed investment platform that has raised over $15 million in funding for independent game developers and was acquired by Republic. Prior to Fig, Jonathan was a Senior Director of Business Development and Business Affairs at Electronic Arts, leading dozens of commercial transactions and partnerships in distribution, platforms, and publishing.
