An academic-turned-practitioner, Dr. Frasher is a leading expert on the intersection of financial crime compliance (FCC) and data privacy and protection (DPP). She frequently writes and speaks on these topics in both government and private forums. Her experience as a Fulbright-Schuman Scholar to Belgium and Malta on transatlantic counter-terrorism data sharing prompted her entrance into the corporate world where she was formerly the Director of Global Content at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Sr. Director of Financial Crimes Compliance Practice at Moody’s Analytics. Dr. Frasher currently serves as a Board Member and advisor to Salv Technologies, an Estonian based data-sharing company, and is Co-Chair of the Data Privacy Experts Group of the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime (GCFFC). She holds a PhD from Texas A&M University and MAs and BAs in international relations, foreign languages, and history, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
