Rhonda is a chartered accountant with 30+ years in alternative investments, fintech and banking. Blockchain piqued her interest in 2014/2015 with her entering the space in 2016 as strategic advisor to founders, startups and those displaced in work transition. She has held country and regional managing director roles with ABN Amro Prime Funds Solutions (previously Fortis) and as Executive Director of UBS Global Asset Management - Fund Services. She is currently President of Haddison Advisory Partners, HAP USA and HAP Bahamas. She has curated 130+ educational events on the Future of Work, cascading specifically blockchain knowledge through collaboration with regulators, government, non-profits, educators and organizations supporting underserved communities, hosting an annual flagship event, Blockchain Business School, which has reached thousands since 2019 (www.242bbs.com). Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Degree from Queen's University, Canada, is on the global board of directors of Help for Children (Hedge Funds Care) and active in various capacities in the digital asset and alternative investment space.
