Sergio Silva is the Senior Director for web3 BD at Fireblocks. He joined the company in June '21 to build the Latin America sales team and transitioned to his current role in July '22. Sergio is also the founder of "Seize The Meebs!", an editioned-art and meme project focused on promoting digital asset ownership and exploration of NFTs as value-delivery platforms. An avid NFT collector and thought leader in the space, Sergio is a founding member of NeonDAO, a for-profit investment fund focused on building and promoting the open metaverse. Sergio started his career at Goldman Sachs in 2009 and moved to Barclays in 2014, where he spent seven years leading the Latam Equity Sales team before making the move into the digital asset space.
