Professor Evans is a full tenured Professor at Pennsylvania State University Dickinson Law School, specializing in entrepreneurship, innovation, intellectual property, and new technologies, such as blockchain and digital assets, and co-hire at the Penn State Institute for Computational and Data Science. She also serves as a member of the World Economic Forum’s DAO Project Series Working Group, and as a contributor to the United States GAO Study on Blockchain, among many other board and advisory positions. She also served as Chair of the MakerDAO’s Maker Ecosystem Growth Foundation from 2020-2021.
