Tricia believes that technology must serve humanity. For the last decade, she's deployed her expertise in data, design, and digital advising C-Suite leaders via Sudden Compass, a consulting firm she co-founded that works with Fortune 500 companies and tech startups. She's opened up research labs around the world from China to Peru. Most recently, she co-founded and ran the Crypto Research and Design Lab (CRADL), which is now partnering with Crypto Council for Innovation (CCI).


Her career has spanned the arts, non-profits, academia, and the private sector. She's been a filmmaker at NASA for Sally Ride to directing the first television network for youth at MNN in NYC to a researcher at Nokia Labs.


She is an investor and mentor at SKU (CPG accelerator), an advisor to Dangerous Ventures and ReSeed.Farm. Tricia's current focus is on climate change and writing her book about the future of personal data.
